Dear Sea Verdes’s Foodies,

Laughing out loud let me break it down. A foodie is a person who has a passionate or refined interest in food and alcoholic beverages.  A foodie seeks new food experiences as a hobby rather than simply eating out for convenience or hunger. I envision that my customers are foodies, so I am addressing you.

 Thank you for all of your support. The spring, summer, and fall were very rewarding. The menu was accepted and proved to be a welcome addition to the North West cuisine. I am a very proud owner/chef and I am excited to announce that I will be making upgrades to the cart as well as the cuisine choices. The cart location will be closed from December 1, 2013 to March 1, 2013. Look out for new gluten free seafood and sushi additions to the menu in March.
